Refund Policy
You can ask for a refund within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and not damaged by use.
How to start
- Email larryhoo53@gmail.com with your order number and what went wrong.
- If an item arrives damaged or is not what the product page described, we will refund that item or replace it. You should not have to pay return shipping for that case.
- If you changed your mind, return shipping is your cost unless we agree otherwise.
Indoor décor
These gifts are for indoor use. A refund does not cover damage from outdoor use, weather, or misuse.
Timing
After we receive the return, or photos if we ask for them on a damaged delivery, we aim to confirm the refund within 5 business days. Your bank may take longer to show it.
