A US apartment can look like Christmas without a ceiling-height tree, outdoor clips, or a bin of glass balls. The useful version is indoor, small, and easy to pack away in January. Start with the wall, not the floor

One room, in order
- Clear one wall and aim the snowflake projector at it.
